How long does it take to renovate a property?
Typically, it takes 8-10 weeks to renovate a property.
Can I do a home inspection?
Yes, every client is entitled to inspect the home. If you need help with ordering this, please reach out!
What parts of the property are renovated?
We go through and renovate the whole property as needed. Hard wood will be refinished. Carpet will be changed over to vinyl planking in most cases. Ceramic tile or vinyl planking will be used in the bathrooms and kitchen. The property will be updated with modern in style finishes.
Is the renovation done up to code?
All electrical, plumbing and HVAC must pass a code inspection. This means that these components will be renovated up to the required code standards.
Are the major components upgrade like Roof, HVAC, and Hot Water Tank?
We have a couple of different inspections on the roof. If we determine that the roof is in good condition and will last for at least 15 years, we do not replace it. All mechanical components will be 10 years or newer.
