Preliminary Punch List

These are the Items that can be easily identified without a full home inspection.

(Ex. roof, HVAC, floors, or other major issues.)

Home Inspection

Gives an in-depth view of the property and its fixtures to ensure all defective items are properly addressed.

Contractors Bid

We go to our construction teams with a scope of work created off of the initial inspection to generate our bids on what items need to be addressed.

Final Inspections

To ensure the best quality product, we re-send the home inspector to the property making sure all defective items that need to be addressed have been found and fixed.

Inspection Repairs

After the final inspection is completed, we will review the final inspection and address any remaining repairs, if needed.

  • A high-quality durable flooring to lower maintenance costs
  • New roof if less than 10 years of life remaining
  • Replacement of hot water tanks older than 10 years
  • Replacement of heating and air if older than 10 years
  • Replacement of outdated plumbing and electrical
  • Final inspection by a third-party home inspector
