Our Process

Preliminary Punch List

These are the Items that can be easily identified without a full home inspection. (Ex. roof, HVAC, floors, or other major issues.)

Contractors Bid

We go to our construction teams with a scope of work created off of
the initial inspection to generate our bids on what items need to be
addressed.

Home Inspection

Gives an in-depth view of the property and its fixtures to ensure all defective items are properly addressed.

IV

Final Inspections

To ensure the best quality product, we re-send the home inspector to the property making sure all defective items that need to be addressed have been found and fixed.

V

Inspection Repairs

After the final inspection is completed, we will review the final inspection and address any remaining repairs, if needed.
