Memphis Property Manager/Office Manager

Melody has 20 years of experience in property management and has worked hard to keep our properties running smoothly. As property manager, she is responsible for receiving and applying tenant payments, running tenant statements, keeping collection records, and helping with tenant maintenance and repairs. Additionally, she works with owners to collect information for our management software, update property information, and provide owners with access to their account portals. In addition to her role as property manager, Melody is also the office manager, making sure everything runs smoothly in the office. Outside of her career, Melody is very active in her church and the community. When she gets the chance, she loves spending time with her family, eating Mexican food, or reading a great book.
