Each house we purchase goes through several stages of inspections and quality checks that allow us to provide the best quality product to every investor. We always use Licensed plumbers, electricians, and heat/air professionals. We replace the flooring with high-quality durable flooring to lower maintenance costs.

What We Upgrade

Any roof, hot water tank, or HVAC with fewer than ten years of life remaining will be replaced. We also make sure any outdated electrical and plumbing will all be up to the current standards. Finally, we will have a third-party home inspector come out and do a post-rehab inspection on the property so any missed items can be addressed if needed.

Legacy Invest also has a very in-depth process of picking the best possible tenants for your property. A complete rental application needs to be filled out with all information submitted. We pull a credit report and review the applicant's credit score. We obtain paperwork from the tenant, such as a copy of their driver's license, social security card, paycheck stubs, and copies of their most recent bank statements.
